#Resource Diary Entry 3: #Mindfulness Activities #therapeuticcards

Set of cards to help children engage in mindfulness activities to reduce anxieties and focus on the present. I have used these with children today and they all commented on how these activities were useful. They liked picking the cards and choosing their activities. All activities contain scripts to be read out loud. These cards are easy to use and a great addition to the toolkit.

Variance: These cards could be used for group work as well as a classroom activities. Parent-child could also use these cards to practise mindfulness moments together.
