This story explores situations when a child may feel more angry and/or feeling are bubbling. It explores these situations and then offers ways to help. Deep breathing and a calming activity (wriggling toes and fingers) are strategies offered as part of a short song/riddle. This song/riddle comes back through the book every time the character faces a new tricky situation.

I find it helpful for a 3 to 6 age range and I do the song/riddle with the child in sessions. Parents have said they found this helpful to support and encourage their child to do some strategies through a fuelled emotional situation.
