This book explores 6 different feelings and provides a workbook approach to identify and work through feeling intensity using a Big, Medium and Little framework. For each feeling, on one page, ‘things that make me feel (emotion)’ are outlined using the intensity framework. It can help structure conversations to identify situations linked to specific feelings and their intensity. On the other page, strategies are explored for each intensity.

The book is made with glossy cardboard sheets so dry marker pens can be used to change or wipe sentences used. This approach could help review how feelings are evolving over time as well as situations creating specific feelings and strategies used.

It is aimed for all children, including children with Asperger Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

It is a useful and structured approach to explore feelings and helpful strategies.
